  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Key Largo Hammocks State

  3         Botanical Site; changing the name of the site;

  4         providing an effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  The Key Largo Hammocks State Botanical Site

  9  located in Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida, is redesignated

10  as the "Dagney Johnson Key Largo Hammocks State Botanical

11  Site."

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.

15          STATEMENT OF SUBSTANTIAL CHANGES CONTAINED IN
                       COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR
16                         Senate Bill 2000

18  The committee substitute redesignates the Key Largo Hammocks
    State Botanical Site in Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida as
19  the "Dagney Johnson Key Largo Hammock State Botanical Site."
