14         On page 4, lines 18 through 22,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  language.  Any rights a person

18  may have acquired pursuant to this repealed language shall be

19  extinguished on January 1, 2001, unless that person has filed

20  an action in a court of competent jurisdiction to enforce such

21  alleged rights and has recorded a notice of lis pendens.
