13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 4, lines 17-21, delete those lines

16  and insert:  of this state's eligibility guidelines, by an

17  advanced registered nurse practitioner licensed under chapter

18  464 in a facility operated by the United States Department of

19  Veterans Affairs under the protocol of a licensed physician as

20  stated in this subparagraph, or by a physician assistant

21  licensed under chapter 458 or chapter 459 in a facility

22  operated by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
