17  and insert:

18         (8)  The department may hold copyrights, trademarks,

19  and service marks and enforce its rights with respect thereto,

20  except such authority does not extend to any public records

21  relating to the department's responsibilities for health care

22  practitioners regulated under part II, chapter 455.
