19         (d)  Participates in the common course designation and

20  numbering system. To be eligible to participate in the Florida

21  Resident Job Preparation Forgivable Loan program:

22         1.  During the 2000-2001 fiscal year, the independent

23  college or university must have submitted at least 10 percent

24  of its courses to the system by December 31, 1999.

25         2.  During the 2001-2002 fiscal year, the independent

26  college or university must have submitted at least 50 percent

27  of its courses to the system by December 31, 2000.

28         3.  During the 2002-2003 fiscal year and thereafter,

29  the independent college or university must have submitted at

30  least 75 percent of its courses to the system by December 31

31  of the year preceding the award of the forgivable loan.
