14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 2, lines 1-4, delete those lines

17  and insert:  Workforce Florida, Inc., under contract with

18  Workforce Florida, Inc. The operating budget and mid-year

19  amendments thereto must be part of such contract.

20         (a)  All program and fiscal instructions to regional

21  workforce boards shall emanate from the agency pursuant to

22  plans and policies of Workforce Florida, Inc. Workforce

23  Florida, Inc., shall be responsible for all policy directions

24  to the regional boards.
