14         On page 11, line 30, after the period

16  insert:  No officer, director, employee, or consultant of such

17  corporation shall be or shall have been for the two years

18  immediately preceding his or her appointment, election,

19  selection, or retention, a member of the Legislature,

20  appointed state officer, statewide elected officer, or

21  employee as defined in s. 112.3145.
