13         Amendment to Amendment (330375) 

14         On page 3, line 4, after the period

15

16  insert:

17         1.  Any solicitation of services under a proposed

18  contract shall require a responder to disclose political

19  contributions made by the responder or managerial employee of

20  the responder to an elected official of the state or if the

21  soliciting agency is a local unit of government an elected

22  official of that unit.

23         2.  No privatization contract shall be valid with a

24  contractor or vendor whose officers, managerial employees or

25  private consultants include a member of the Legislature,

26  appointed state officer, statewide elected officer, employee

27  as defined in s. 112.3145 within two years after the end of

28  such officer's term of office or employment with the State of

29  Florida.
