11  Senators King and Klein moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 273, lines 6-30, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  Compensation and the Agency for Workforce

17  Innovation Division of Jobs and Benefits for the payment of

18  costs of administration which are found not to have been

19  properly and validly chargeable against funds obtained from

20  federal sources. All moneys in the Special Employment Security

21  Administration Trust Fund shall be continuously available to

22  the division for expenditure in accordance with the provisions

23  of this chapter and shall not lapse at any time.  All payments

24  from the Special Employment Security Administration Trust Fund

25  shall be approved by the division or by a duly authorized

26  agent thereof and shall be made by the Treasurer upon warrants

27  issued by the Comptroller.  The moneys in this fund are hereby

28  specifically made available to replace, as contemplated by

29  subsection (3), expenditures from the Employment Security

30  Administration Trust Fund, established by subsection (1),

31  which have been found by the Bureau of Employment Security, or

 1  other authorized federal agency or authority, because of any

 2  action or contingency, to have been lost or improperly

 3  expended.  The Treasurer shall be liable on her or his

 4  official bond for the faithful performance of her or his

 5  duties in connection with the Special Employment Security

 6  Administration Trust Fund.

 7         (5)  In connection with its duties under s. 443.181,

 8  the Agency for Workforce InnovationDivision of Jobs and

 9  Benefits shall have
