17 and insert:
18 Section 161. (1) For the Careers for Florida's Future
19 Incentive Grant Program established pursuant to sections
20 445.012-445.0125, Florida Statutes, the sum of $20 million in
21 recurring General Revenue is appropriated to the Agency for
22 Workforce Innovation.
23 (2) For the Small Business Workforce Service
24 Initiative established pursuant to section 445.014, Florida
25 Statutes, the sum of $1 million in nonrecurring General
26 Revenue is appropriated to the Agency for Workforce
27 Innovation.
28 (3) For the purchase of workforce marketing materials
29 required by section 445.006, Florida Statutes, the sum of
30 $250,000 in nonrecurring General Revenue is appropriated to
31 the Agency for Workforce Innovation.

3 the sum of $1 million in nonrecurring General Revenue is
4 appropriated to the Agency for Workforce Innovation.
5 (5) For the workforce information systems required by
6 section 445.011, Florida Statutes, the sum of $20 million is
7 appropriated from nonrecurring Temporary Assistance for Needy
8 Families funds to the Agency for Workforce Innovation.
9 (6) For grants to support local economic development
10 projects that lead to jobs for needy Florida families
11 authorized by section 445.015, Florida Statutes, the sum of
12 $10 million is appropriated from nonrecurring Temporary
13 Assistance for Needy Families funds to the Agency for
14 Workforce Innovation.
15 (7) For youth internship program grants authorized by
16 section 24 of this act, the sum of $1 million is appropriated
17 from nonrecurring Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
18 funds to the Agency for Workforce Innovation.
19 (8) For the workforce training institute established
20 pursuant to section 445.008, Florida Statutes, the sum of
21 $200,000 is appropriated from nonrecurring Temporary
22 Assistance for Needy Families funds to the Agency for
23 Workforce Innovation.
24 (9) For diversion services for needy families
25 authorized by section 445.018, Florida Statutes, the sum of $8
26 million is appropriated from recurring Temporary Assistance
27 for Needy Families funds to the Agency for Workforce
28 Innovation.
29 (10) For pilot projects established pursuant to
30 section 25 of this act for financially needy incumbent workers
31 with disabilities, the sum of $450,000 is appropriated from
