  2         An act relating to rulemaking authority for

  3         coordinated agency review of projects in the

  4         Florida Keys area of critical state concern;

  5         amending s. 380.051, F.S.; authorizing state

  6         and regional agencies to adopt rules to

  7         implement the procedures for such review;

  8         providing an effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

12         Section 1.  Subsection (4) is added to section 380.051,

13  Florida Statutes, to read:

14         380.051  Coordinated agency review; Florida Keys

15  area.--

16         (4)  State and regional agencies may adopt rules to

17  implement the procedures for coordinated agency review under

18  this section.

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

20  law.
