15         On page 6, lines 21 - 26, delete those lines

17  and insert:  industry economic development project.

18         (b)  The number of certified sports industry economic

19  development projects shall not exceed three. However, prior to

20  June 30, 2005, the number of certified sports industry

21  economic development projects shall not exceed one.
