15         On page 44, between lines 4 and 5, of the bill

17  insert:

18         Section 31.  Notwithstanding anything to the contrary

19  contained herein, the State Technology Office shall take no

20  action affecting the supervision and control of the personnel

21  or data processing equipment which is necessary to the

22  Comptroller for the exercise of his official constitutional

23  duties as set forth in Fla. Const. Art. IV. s 4(d).
