14         On page 16, lines 19-23, delete those lines

16  and insert:

17         (11)  Except to the extent expressly provided in this

18  section, proceedings initiated by a licensed child-placing

19  agency for the termination of parental rights and subsequent

20  adoption of a newborn left at a hospital or a fire station in

21  accordance with s. 383.50 shall be conducted pursuant to

22  chapter 63.
