  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to nursing homes; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to revise the laws

  4         relating to improving the quality of care in

  5         nursing homes; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  revise the laws relating to improving the quality of care in

11  nursing homes.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

13  law.
