11  The Committee on Community Affairs offered the following:

13         Amendment 

14         On page 2, beginning on line 29 through page 3, line 2

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  concern, unless the project

18  subject to the proposed amendment involves the construction of

19  affordable housing units meeting the criteria of s.

20  420.0004(3), and is located within an area of critical state

21  concern designated by s. 380.0552 or by the Administration

22  Commission pursuant to s. 380.05(1).  Such amendment is not

23  subject to the density limitations of s. 163.3187(1)(c)1.f.,

24  and shall be reviewed by the state land planning agency for

25  consistency with the principles for guiding development

26  applicable to the area of critical state concern where the

27  amendment is located and shall not become effective until a

28  final order is issued under s. 380.05(6).
