11  The Committee on Governmental Operations offered the

12  following:

14         Amendment 

15         On page 8, between lines 3 & 4, of the bill

16

17  insert:

18         Section 6.  In any court proceeding to enforce an order

19  by the Department of Health to compel a licensed health care

20  practitioner to submit to a mental or physical examination by

21  physicians designated by the department under section 455.624,

22  Florida Statutes, the licensee against whom the petition for

23  enforcement is filed may not be named or identified by

24  initials in any public court records or documents and is

25  confidential and exempt from the provisions of chapter 119,

26  Florida Statutes, and Section (24)(a), Article I of the State

27  Constitution, and the proceedings shall be closed to the

28  public. This section is subject to the Open Government Sunset

29  Review Act of 1995 in accordance with section 119.15, Florida

30  Statutes, and shall stand repealed on October 2, 2005, unless

31  reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by the
