13 Substitute Amendment for Amendment (321985) (with title
14 amendment)
15 On page 2, line 6, of the bill

17 insert after the period:
18 Any rights a person may have acquired pursuant to subsection
19 (5) of s. 373.4149, shall be extinguished six months after the
20 effective date of this act; unless, prior to such date, that
21 person has filed an action in a court of competent
22 jurisdiction to enforce such alleged rights and has recorded a
23 notice of lis pendens.
24 Section 3. In the next addition of the official
25 Florida Statutes, the Division of Statutory Revision is
26 directed to replace the phrase "six months after the effective
27 date of this act", which appears in Section 2 of this bill,
28 with the date which is six months after the date this bill
29 becomes a law.
