11  The Committee on Community Affairs offered the following:

13         Amendment 

14         On page 2, line 6, of the bill

15

16  after the period insert:  Any rights a person may have

17  acquired pursuant to subsection (5) of s. 373.4149, shall be

18  extinguished six months from the effective date of this act,

19  unless prior to six months from such effective date, that

20  person has filed an action in a court of competent

21  jurisdiction to enforce such alleged rights and has recorded a

22  notice of lis pendens.
