15         On page 34, between lines 4 and 5, of the bill

17  insert:

18         (10)  A formal or informal solicitation of services

19  under a proposed privatization contract must require a

20  provider to disclose any political contribution made by the

21  provider or managerial employee of the provider, during the

22  four years immediately preceding the beginning date of the

23  contract, to an elected official of the state, a candidate for

24  elected office of the state, and, if the soliciting agency is

25  a local unit of government, an elected official or candidate

26  for elected office of that unit.

27         (11)  No agency shall make any privatization contract

28  and no such contract shall be valid with a contractor or

29  vendor whose officers, managerial employees, or private

30  consultants include a member of the Legislature, appointed

31  state officer, statewide elected officer, employee as defined
