  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to parental responsibility;

  3         creating the "Parental Responsibility Act of

  4         2000"; providing an effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8         Section 1.  This act may be cited as the "Parental

  9  Responsibility Act of 2000."

10         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
