13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 35, lines 10-12, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  of manatees under acute care rehabilitation; the

17  number of maintenance days medically necessary in the

18  facility; and the number released during the previous fiscal

19  year. The commission may set a cap on the total amount

20  reimbursed per manatee per year.
