17 and insert:
18 Section 4. Section 403.065, Florid Statutes, is
19 created to read:
20 403.065 Aquifer Storage and Recovery Wells--The
21 Legislature hereby authorizes the Department of Environmental
22 Protection, with the advice of the Department of Health, to
23 commence rulemaking regarding the construction and operation
24 of aquifer storage and recovery wells in Florida. Any rule
25 adopted by the Department of Environmental Protection shall
26 conform to requirements established pursuant to the federal
27 Safe Drinking Water Act.
