13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 31, line 20, following the period

15

16  insert:  All approvals previously issued by the Capitol Center

17  Planning Commission shall survive and be deemed vested for

18  zoning and use purposes. Any project so vested shall be

19  subject only to the issuance of a building permit by the local

20  permitting authority.
