18 Section 6. Paragraph (i) is added to subsection (3) of
19 section 110.123, Florida Statutes, to read:
20 110.123 State group insurance program.--
21 (3) STATE GROUP INSURANCE PROGRAM.--
22 (i) The department shall not prohibit or limit any
23 properly licensed insurer, health maintenance organization,
24 prepaid limited health services organization, or insurance
25 agent from competing for any insurance product or plan
26 purchased, provided, or endorsed by the department, on the
27 basis of the compensation arrangement utilized by the insurer
28 or organization for its agents.
