13         Amendment to Amendment (285409) 

14         On page 1, lines 24-27,

15  remove from the amendment:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  ordinance prior to May 1, 1999.

18  If in any year the Legislature appropriates an amount less

19  than 62.5 percent of the total impact fee for school purposes

20  revenue collected in 1999-2000, it is the intent of the

21  Legislature that, as an additional assurance to holders of

22  which may be secured by the school district Capital Outlay

23  Trust Fund, should the source of revenues for the trust fund

24  be eliminated or reduced, the Legislature will provide

25  alternative funding sources in an amount sufficient to pay any

26  deficit in the amount required for such debt service.
