15         On page 1, line 24 through line 27

16  remove from the amendment:  all of said lines

18  and insert in lieu thereof:  ordinance prior to May 1, 1999,

19  or in the case of Pasco County, any school impact fee which

20  Pasco County adopts. If in any year the Legislature

21  appropriates an amount less than 62.5% of the total impact fee

22  for school purposes revenue collected in 1999-2000, a county

23  may increase the county levied portion to make up the

24  difference.
