15         On page 1, line 24 through line 27

16  remove from the amendment:  all of said lines

18  and insert in lieu thereof:  ordinance prior to May 1, 1999,

19  or by a county ordinance which was publicly noticed prior to

20  May 2, 2000 for hearing. If in any year the Legislature

21  appropriates an amount less than 62.5% of the total impact fee

22  for school purposes revenue collected in 1999-2000, or with

23  respect to ordinances noticed prior to May 2, 2000, for

24  hearing, but adopted after May 1, 1999, the legislature

25  appropriates an amount less than 62.5 percent of the total

26  impact fee for school purposes revenue which would have been

27  collected in 1999-2000 if such ordinance had been in effect, a

28  county may increase the county levied portion to make up the

29  difference.
