14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 1, lines 26-28, delete those lines

17  and insert:  adopted by county ordinance prior to May 1, 1999,

18  or by a county ordinance which was publicly noticed prior to

19  April 23, 2000 for hearing. If in any year the Legislature

20  appropriates an amount less than 62.5 percent of the total

21  impact fee for school purposes revenue collected in 1999-2000,

22  or with respect to ordinances noticed prior to April 23, 2000,

23  for hearing, but adopted after May 1, 1999, the legislature

24  appropriates an amount less than 62.5 percent of the total

25  impact fee for school purposes revenue which would have been

26  collected in 1999-2000 if such ordinance had been in effect, a

27  county may increase the county levied portion to make up the

28  difference.
