11  Senator Forman moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 11, between lines 28 and 29,

15

16  insert:

17         Section 6.  Section 60.08, Florida Statutes, is created

18  to read:

19         60.08  Injunctions sought by the state pursuant to

20  statute shall issue without bond.--In any action for

21  injunctive relief sought by the state or one of its agencies

22  as provided in ss. 501.207(1)(b), 542.23, and 895.05(5), any

23  injunction sought shall issue without bond or surety and no

24  bond or surety shall be required during the term of the

25  injunction.

26         Section 7.  If any provision of this act or the

27  application thereof to any person or circumstance is held

28  invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or

29  applications of the act which can be given effect without the

30  invalid provision or application, and to this end the

31  provisions of this act are declared severable.
