13         Amendment to Substitute Amendment (052791) 

14         On page 211, lines 22-23,

15  remove from the substitute amendment:  all of said lines

16

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  sunset of existing general or

18  special laws governing any special district that are not

19  specifically identified by this act.  However, this act is

20  intended as a comprehensive revision of the regulation by

21  counties and municipalities of the design, construction,

22  erection, alteration, modification, repair and demolition of

23  public and private buildings.  Therefore, any special act

24  governing those activities by any general purpose local

25  government is hereby repealed.
