14 On page 2, lines 2 through 5,
15 on page 2. line 29, through page 3, line 2,
16 on page 3, lines 13 through 17, and
17 on page 4, lines 18 through 22 delete the words "A
18 notice of merger shall be attached to the recorded deed. Such
19 notice shall include the name and address of the current owner
20 of the property, the name and address of the surviving entity,
21 and the date of the merger."

23 and insert: The surviving entity shall record a certified
24 copy of the articles of merger in any county in which a
25 merging entity holds an interest in real property.
