19         (c)  For fiscal year 2000-2001, the department may seek

20  approval pursuant to sections 216.177 and 216.181, Florida

21  Statutes, for additional spending authority from available

22  surpluses in department trust funds for transfer to the Save

23  Our Everglades Trust Fund.
