15         On page 13, between lines 18 and 19,

18         Section 8.  For fiscal year 2000-2001, the Department

19  of Environmental Protection may seek approval pursuant to

20  sections 216.177 and 216.181, Florida Statutes, for additional

21  spending authority from available surpluses in department

22  trust funds for transfer to the Save Our Everglades Trust

23  Fund.
