11  Senator Saunders moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 11, line 13, after the period

15

16  insert:  Distribution of funds from the Save Our Everglades

17  Trust Fund shall be equally matched by the cumulative

18  contributions from all local sponsors by fiscal year 2009-2010

19  by providing funding or credits toward project components. The

20  dollar value of in-kind work by local sponsors in furtherance

21  of the comprehensive plan and existing interest in public

22  lands needed for a project component are credits towards the

23  local sponsors' contributions.
