  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Everglades restoration;

  3         providing legislative intent with respect to

  4         implementation of the state's portion of the

  5         Everglades Restudy Plan; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  Everglades Restudy Plan; legislative

11  intent.--It is the intent of the Legislature to enact

12  legislation detailing the state's responsibilities, costs, and

13  plan of action for implementing its portion of the Everglades

14  Restudy Plan, as provided for in s. 373.1501, Florida

15  Statutes.

16         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

17  law.
