13         Amendment to Amendment (395249) 

14         On page 117, lines 10-24,

15  remove from the amendment:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         (5)  Hunting and fishing licenses and permits shall be

19  issued, without fee, to any resident who is certified:

20         (a)  To be totally and permanently disabled by the

21  United States Department of Veterans Affairs or its

22  predecessor, by the United States Social Security

23  Administration, by any branch of the United States Armed

24  Forces, or by the verified written statement which is based

25  upon the criteria for permanent and total disability in

26  chapter 440 of a physician licensed in this state or who holds

27  a valid identification card issued under the provisions of s.

28  295.17, upon proof of same.  Any license issued after January

29  1, 1997, expires after 5 years.  Upon request, the license

30  shall be reissued for a 5-year period and shall be reissued

31  every 5 years thereafter; or  and must be reissued, upon
