15         On page 3, lines 19 through 23, delete those lines

17  and insert:

18         (3)  The Department of Children and Family Services

19  shall, in collaboration with the Florida Coalition Against

20  Domestic Violence, establish criteria for awarding the capital

21  improvement funds which must be used exclusively for support

22  and assistance with the capitol improvement needs of the

23  certified domestic violence centers, as defined in s. 39.905.
