14         In title, on page 1, line 10, after the semicolon,

16  insert:

17         amending s. 23.1225, F.S.; describing an

18         additional authorized joint city-county law

19         enforcement activity by voluntary cooperation

20         written agreement; amending ss. 810.08, 810.09,

21         F.S.; defining the terms "person authorized"

22         and "authorized person" for purposes of

23         provisions prohibiting trespass; amending s.

24         901.15, F.S.; specifying lawful arrest without

25         a warrant for trespass in secure areas of

26         airports; providing for immunity from civil

27         liability for arresting law enforcement

28         officers under certain circumstances; amending

29         s. 934.03, F.S.; revising limited authorization

30         for certain personnel to intercept and record

31         specified incoming wire communications;
