  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Florida On-Line High

  3         School; assigning responsibility for the

  4         Florida On-Line High School to the

  5         Technological Research and Development

  6         Authority; requiring an annual appropriation;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  The Florida On-Line High School, which has

12  been developed and operated with funds provided in Specific

13  Appropriation 116A of the 1998-1999 General Appropriations

14  Act, and Specific Appropriation 107 of the 1999-2000 General

15  Appropriations Act, shall be administered and operated by the

16  Technological Research and Development Authority, created by

17  section 2, chapter 87-455, Laws of Florida, using funds

18  annually included in the General Appropriations Act.

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2000.
