18 Section 7. Effective July 1, 2000, the sum of $100,000
19 from the General Revenue Fund is transferred from the Board of
20 Regents General Office, the sum of $50,000 from the General
21 Revenue Fund is transferred from the Division of Community
22 Colleges, and the sum of $100,000 from the General Revenue
23 Fund is transferred from the Department of Education, to the
24 Executive Office of the Governor, Office of Planning and
25 Budgeting, to implement this act.
