13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 6, line 23, after the period,

15

16  insert:  All members of the board of trustees of Florida

17  Atlantic University must reside within the service area of the

18  university; three must be residents of Broward County, three

19  must be residents of Palm Beach County, and three may be

20  residents of any county within the service area.
