15         On page 1, line 31, through

16            page 2, line 3, delete those lines

18  and insert:  University of Florida, Florida State University,

19  Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and Florida

20  Atlantic University, the majority of members of a university

21  board of trustees must reside within the service area of the

22  university. All members of the board of trustees of Florida

23  Atlantic University must reside within the service area of the

24  university; three must be residents of Broward County, three

25  must be residents of Palm Beach County, and three may be

26  residents of any county within the service area.
