11  Senators Holzendorf, Sullivan and Horne moved the following

12  amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 16, between lines 11 and 12,

16

17  insert:

18         Section 7.  Effective July 1, 2000, four

19  full-time-equivalent positions and $500,000 from the General

20  Revenue Fund, with associated approved annual salary rate, are

21  transferred from the Board of Regents General Office, and one

22  full-time-equivalent position and $250,000 from the General

23  Revenue Fund, with associated approved annual salary rate, are

24  transferred from the Department of Education, to the Executive

25  Office of the Governor, Office of Planning and Budgeting, to

26  implement this act.
