14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 16, between lines 11 and 12,

17  insert:

18         Section 7.  There is hereby appropriated to the

19  Executive Office of the Governor $500,000 in recurring general

20  revenue for the purpose of implementing the provisions of this

21  act. The Executive Office of the Governor may establish

22  positions, as required, to implement this provision.
