13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 3, line 26, after the period,

16  insert:  Food service employees must receive certification

17  pursuant to this section by January 1, 2001. Food service

18  employees hired after November 1, 2000, must receive

19  certification within 60 days after employment. Certification

20  pursuant to this section shall remaion valid for 3 years.
