13         Amendment to Amendment (352065) 

14         On page 33, lines 8-14,

15  remove from the amendment:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         (1)  To the full-time students with the most financial

19  need, as determined by the Department of Education.

20         (2)  To students with financial need who graduate from

21  public Florida high schools, who have completed the high

22  school courses that are adopted by the Board of Regents and

23  recommended by the State Board of Community Colleges as

24  college-preparatory academic courses, and who rank in the top

25  20 percent of their high school graduating class.  Class rank

26  shall be determined by the Department of Education.
