16  after the period insert:  A movie theater qualifies as an

17  adult entertainment establishment if it shows films on a

18  regular continuing basis that are rated "X" by the Motion

19  Picture Coding Association of America or any movie theater

20  which presents for public viewing on a regular, continuing

21  basis so-called "adult films" depicting primarily sexual

22  conduct.
