13         Amendment 

14         On page 13, lines 27 & 28,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

16

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  treatment units and

18  performance-based treatment systems; and recommended standards

19  for voluntary system inspections, including disclosure

20  requirements, where individuals authorized by law to perform

21  such inspections shall inform a person having ownership,

22  control, or use of an on-site sewage treatment and disposal

23  system of the inspection standards and that person's authority

24  to request an inspection based on all or part of the

25  standards.
