11  The Committee on General Government Appropriations offered the

12  following:

14         Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 11, between lines 26 & 27, of the bill

16

17  insert:

18         Section 11.  Effective July 1, 2000, the sum of

19  $533,464 is hereby appropriated for the 2000-2001 fiscal year

20  from the Insurance Commissioner's Regulatory Trust Fund to the

21  Department of Insurance to fund eight positions for the

22  purpose of carrying out the provisions of the act.
